Returns Policy

Exchange, Return and Refund Policy.
We have designed and road tested our products, we hope both you and your pet will enjoy our products. We expect our products should serve you well and have a good life span.  If our products do not meet your expectations, please contact us.
 
We have no control over how you fit or choose to use any of our products. We also have no control over how your animal may try to remove a coat.  Please ensure you are happy with your items before using them.
 
Yes, we all make mistakes! We are happy to exchange an item for you with in 7 days of purchase. The item must be unused and in original packaging with all tags attached. Postage costs to return the item to Lilcracka is the buyer’s responsibility. Likewise the postage cost of the replacement item to be dispatched is also the buyer’s responsibility.  We require payment for postage cost before the replacement item will be posted.
 
We do not refund due to change of mind, but if your goods are faulty or described incorrectly you can choose between a refund or exchange. Goods must be returned within 7 days unwashed, unworn and in a resalable condition free from hair and or Smell.
 
We will happily replace any product with a demonstrable manufacturing fault before the item is used.  Please contact us via Email including Pictures of fault before using the product If you would like an exchange product please include in your email the merchandise you would like to exchange for.
 
After you have a confirmation of return from us, simply return your merchandise to us (at your expense) in its original and unused condition within 7 days of receipt of the item.  We will issue you with the return postage address upon agreement of products being returned.
 
Dogs can be unpredictable animals and can easily damage an item in the first few days as they can a month or year later. We will not offer replacements for any item that has been used on an animal or damaged while in use.
 
It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect the purchased items closely and insure you are happy with the quality before using them on your animal.  We suggest putting a thin towel on you animal before fitting the coat to keep it clean incase you have measured incorrectly and need to return the coat.
 
All refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
We do not accept returns COD.
 
We do not refund or reimburse shipping charges.
(All postage charges will be the responsibility of the purchaser (purchase, return and exchange).  We will require collection of the postal fee before shipping out the replacement item).
 
If there is a mistake with your order or a manufacturing fault and the item needs to be returned, we will cover the postage costs for you to return the item to us. If you return an item for a straight exchange (not a fault on our behalf), the postage cost to send the item back to us as well as return postage costs for the replacement, will be at your expense.
 
Lilcracka strongly suggest you send the returned item with tracking and insurance so that your package can be tracked. We take no responsibility for orders that do not arrive to our premises.
 
Please Note we cannot honor exchanges for any merchandise that is sent back to us after 7 days, has been used, or is not in its original new condition.
 
Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.  Lilcracka reserves the right not to refund item(s) that are not returned 100% hair free and in a re-saleable condition including all tags etc.
 
Lilcracka accepts no liability for loss, damage, injury or death or consequential loss to any person or animal resulting from the use or misuse, or incorrect fitting or failure of any of our products.
 
Pets vary in size and we strongly encourage you to measure your pet as accurately as possible.
 
Non-Deliverable, Refused or Unclaimed Orders
If an order is returned, refused or unclaimed by the customer due to customer refusal, absence, or customer providing incorrect shipping information, we will attempt contact via email and or phone if provided.  Please make sure that the shipping information on your order is correct as all orders that require re-shipping whether for returned, refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages will incur additional postage charges
