Pick-up is welcome from Greenbank QLD 4124, by appointment.
To arrange a pick-up please choose the pick-up option at checkout and type a message in the message section on your order.
We will email you to arrange a Pick-up day and time.
Postage Cost
Lilcracka utilises a live shipping calulator, as you add you items you will provided with an accurate postage amount for your order.
We will send your order via Courier or Australia Post which ever will provide you with fastest service depending on your location.
We ship via multiple Couriers and Australia Post you will be advised by email with the Tracking number once your order has been posted.
Please note:
  • Lilcracka will not be held responsible for loss or damage of packages once they are shipped.  We have tracking numbers on all of our orders. 
  • All orders will be delivered without signature requirement. 
International Orders - To get an accurate postage estimate just add the items you are interested in to the Shopping Cart.  When you view your cart the Postage amount will be Displayed.  You can then "Checkout" or "Continue Shopping" and each time you add an item to the cart your current postage rate will display in the cart.  You can close the cart at any time with out obligation to purchase.  Postage charges will increase every time you reach a 500G increment.  All International Orders will be sent via Air Mail with Tracking Numbers. 
All international Orders are Shipped Via Australia Post.
Handling Times:
Our Handling time is 1-2 working days with most orders being shipped within 24 hours. Monday to Friday are our processing days.  If there is a delay for any reason, we will notify you ASAP via email.  The standard delivery times for both Couriers Please and Australia Post is 4 to 10 business days within Australia.  Most of our customers have reported delivery within 2-4 business days.
Yes we post internationally.
We can deliver to any international destination.  We use Australia Post - Please allow 2-3 weeks for your parcel to arrive Please note All international Orders are now shipped by AIR MAIL with a Tracking Number.
Please note: We can not ship all pharmaceutical products internationally, if there is an Issue you will be advised and Refunded.
Please note: We cannot be responsible for loss or damage of packages once they are shipped internationally. 
Customers are responsible for any and all customs charges assessed by each individual country at the time of delivery. We are unable to estimate your country's customs charges.
When ordering from within or outside Australia, please be sure all address information on your order is complete and correct.
